**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate Senior People & Talent Business Partner (Senior Vice President) to join our fast growing and high impact team in Singapore.

**What we offer**:

- Act as a People & Talent business partner to the Head of Singapore and the Singapore Executive Board to help further build out the organization
- Manage the People and Talent function in Singapore in close alignment with the Group Head of People & Talent
- Identify and close local strategic capability gaps
- Lead People & Talent growth initiatives, such as training and development
- Provide senior expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- Help solution and facilitate the implementation of strategic organizational projects through proper change management
- Ensure Sygnum culture is lived by all
- Be responsible for overall functioning of office locations Singapore and manage relevant outsourcing partners

**What you offer**:

- Leadership experience in a People & Talent or other relevant role
- HR experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, data analysis, employee relations.
- Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex organizational strategy discussions.
- Knowledge of Singaporean market and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills & passionate about building well-functioning, high impact teams.
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Independent, strategic and organized work ethic.
- Ideally, People & Talent experience in the FinTech space
- Personal curiosity for digital assets/cryptocurrencies/ blockchain
