Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is an international insurtech with a mission to build the world’s leading, technology-enabled ecosystem for protection and insurance. With a full suite of digital and data-driven capabilities, they power connections between insurers, distributors, and customers to make it easier and more efficient to buy and sell insurance and protection products.

**In this position you will**

be the Senior People Business Partner, you will lead HR delivery end to end and act as a trusted advisor to senior management teams and employees to embed the people priorities. You will also provide HR advice in collaboration with our wider Global HR team to support the creation, launch, and execution of all People initiatives.

**You will be responsible for**

Provide strategic HR business partnership and coaching to people managers to impact the engagement, development, and retention of talents

Support end-to-end recruitment cycle including discussions on workforce planning, assist the business to draft role profiles and work with external agencies and the Group Talent Acquisition team

Utilize data to derive insights on people trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and program

Identify organizational gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the tech teams to perform effectively, and scale efficiently

In partnership with the Group People team, support the creation, launch, and execution of all People initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational design, etc

Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations

Partner across People teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, among others to support and deploy programs throughout the organization

Influence and advising managers on talent and employment situations

Be the point of contact for People Matters and responsible for the full employment lifecycle

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Socials Science is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Partner or Country Head, preferably within the Tech/ insurance industry
- Strong understanding of local labour law and HR processes
- Experience of working across all HR disciplines, and working as part of the Global HR team
- Strong ability to communicate with all levels, and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong relationships building skills and ability to appropriately challenge and influence stakeholders
- Experience with projects and change management is preferred
