Regional Sales Development Executive

Our client is one of the largest air carriers in the world. We are pleased to partner them to look for a Regional Sales Development Executive. The Sales Development Executive is responsible for designing, implementing and driving the standardized regional sales processes to steer the sales performance. He/she works in close cooperation with the local Sales team to define sales action plan, find opportunities and assist in achieving sales target.
**Responsibilities**
Sales Performance Steering and Business Development
- Develop Business & Performance Review Data, Reports and Slides for Internal & External parties.
- Develop Data-Driven models and Reports to steer sales (In cooperation with the Business Intelligence team)
- Conduct sales analysis, highlight opportunities and propose adequate action plans to the sales teams
- Find opportunities and create focus & action plans on specific sales segments (for ex: Student, M&O, La Première, etc...)
Standardization and Professionalization of the sales processes
- Standardize the sales processes within the Sales framework and improve it where needed
- Communicate new Sales Process & conduct regular review with Local Sales team for optimization.
- Be an advisor when needed to the regional sales teams on sales related topics (policies, processes, action plans, etc.)
Program Management
- Liaise with central team on program policy and guidelines
- Ensure the implementation and adoption of program guidelines in each market
- Manage and steer programs performance
- Plan, coordinate and support regular and ad-hoc program campaigns in cooperation with the B2BT Marketing Executive and the sales team.
Project Management & Transversal tasks:
- Lead or assist in various projects to Start, Design, Plan and Implement sales projects such as (but not limited to) Distribution-related topics (such as OTA, NDC..), Programs Sales Process, Sustainability in Sales and etc.
- Back-up in absence of Sales Support Executive (Trade/Corporate contract, administration, tools, etc)
Optimization of commercial budgets to support indirect sales
- Contribute to the planning, forecast and optimization of the budgets related to Trade and Corporate (Trade Incentive budget, Trade Marketing Fund, B2B Marketing budget), in cooperation with the sales teams.
**Requirements**:
Knowledge and experience:
- Experience in Airline sales or business development in related industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Sales-related tools or data tools is a plus (Salesforce, Qlikview etc)
