As a Regional Sales and Marketing Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth for Regional Focus Paper R&D Pte. Ltd.'s thermal paper products.

About the Role
  • Sales and Business Development:

Responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.

This role requires frequent travel to visit clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as retail, F&B, logistics, banking, and hospitality.

Approach potential clients, present our thermal paper products, and close sales.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Provide after-sales support, handle inquiries, and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and introduce new products.

  • Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.

Suggest pricing strategies and promotional activities to improve sales.

Provide feedback to management on customer demands and market conditions.

  • Order Management & Reporting:

Process orders, coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries, and ensure payment collection.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market insights.

Prepare weekly sales activity reports and present to the Regional Sales Manager/General Manager.
