At One Seven Consulting, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive to drive sales and marketing efforts within a specific region for our medical device company.
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with regional sales channels and partners to achieve and exceed divisional sales targets.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be passionate about the medical device industry, and have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Developing and implementing regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional sales channels and partners.
- Identifying and qualifying potential new customers within the assigned region.
- Managing the sales pipeline effectively and reporting on progress regularly.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing collaterals to increase brand awareness and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Providing product training to distributors, physicians, nurses, and other hospital stakeholders.
- Maintaining relationships with KOLs and customers to gain insights on needs, requirements, and challenges.
- Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
