Here are the core responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets in the designated region.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in healthcare organizations to promote Canon Medical Systems' products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, including new market segments,
customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Canon Medical Systems' medical imaging solutions.

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and healthcare professionals.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
- Clinical/ Product / Sales experience in radiology imagining systems like CT, MR, Vascular Lab and Ultrasound
- Proven experience in managing regional distributor and in-direct sales channel in healthcare imaging field
