Our client, a leading global data and intelligence business is looking to hire a strong Regional Sales Director in Singapore. _
- You will be responsible for driving the growth of the business across key South East Asian markets by ensuring the successful delivery of the sales plan including the acquisition of new business, growing the key accounts and daily management of the regional sales team. It is a very exciting opportunity to join a market leader with a collaborative working culture in its next phase of growth. _
- Key responsibilities: _
- **_Results driven. _**_Responsible for sales growth across key South East Asian markets _
- **_Strategy. _**_Developing and implementing a sales strategy and growth plan for the region. _
- **_Forecasting. _**_Able to forecast teams’ performance with accuracy using Salesforce and other tools. _
- **_Sets the tone. _**_Creates the environment, culture and belief of a winning team. _
- **_High performance culture. _**_Set the standard with the team and leads the way to high performance, driving behaviour and results. _
- **_Sales coach. _**_An effective coach who is able to effectively lead and guide the entire sales team to superior performance, both new business and account managers with different levels of experience. _
- **_Client management. _**_Winning and growing key accounts. A superior client handler who is adept at growing key client relationships, with the know how to build an account management strategy and execute the plan (with a head of account management). _
- **_Competitor landscape. _**_Keeps abreast of the external environment and competitor analysis, and changes course as required._
