**Overview**:
Dragon Ginseng (S) Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered company distributing premium ginseng supplements sourced from GMP-certified facilities in Malaysia. We are expanding our presence in Southeast Asia and seek a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead this growth. This individual will drive multi-channel sales strategies across seminars, workshops, retail stalls, and B2C digital platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead regional B2B and B2C sales strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, and emerging ASEAN markets.
- Manage the company’s sales channels, including health expos, retail partners, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce.
- Expand sales partnerships with health product retailers, pharmacies, wellness brands, and professional networks.
- Plan and oversee seminar-based sales activations, including event execution and partner onboarding.
- Recruit, train, and lead a small regional sales team with performance-based KPIs.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Monitor competitor activity and health trends to inform product positioning and pricing strategy.
- Present regular reports to company directors on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Required:
- Minimum 12 years of regional sales experience, ideally in health supplements, TCM products, or functional food sectors.
- Proven track record in generating revenue from both B2B partnerships and B2C campaigns.
- Strong background in ginseng product sales and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) knowledge.
- Experience organizing and selling through seminars, workshops, and events.
- Prior exposure to managing multi-market operations across Southeast Asia.
Familiarity with Singapore import regulations, wellness trends, and consumer behaviors.
