**Key responsibilities**:

- Support our global go-to-market strategy to reach and exceed agreed sales targets for the region
- Build and maintain customer and partner relationships by understanding their needs and providing professional business solution
- Develop new key accounts and maintain good relationships with existing accounts
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for different markets in the Asia Pacific region
- Monitor the market competition and future trends/demands
- Lead and motivate sales staff regionally
- Drive business development across the region

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record with sales leadership responsibility in a global organization
- Diploma and above with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Self-motivated, passion for selling, and problem-solving orientated
- Proactive for new action, flexibility to support various tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
- Good work ethics
- Ability to engage with all kinds of people
- Proactive and a strong performer who takes needed actions to close deals and meet targets
