Our client, a leading global manufacturer specialising in industrial filtration, seeks a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead operations in the APAC region. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the company's regional headquarters, this role entails comprehensive management of the region's P&L while cultivating a resilient and adaptable APAC organisation. Your primarily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assume full ownership of the APAC region's P&L, driving towards revenue targets and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate closely with country managers and sales teams to formulate and execute sales strategies, identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Oversee distributor networks in key markets by managing agent relationships and leading initiatives to optimise channels.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to leverage market trends, emerging technologies, and customer demands, fostering sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to regional market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Lead a high-performing product marketing and pricing team, nurturing a collaborative and results-driven culture.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- MSc or BSc in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in regional leadership positions within European companies.
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the industrial B2B sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder influence and relationship building.
- Strategic thinker with a keen appetite for growth and ongoing improvement.
- Exemplary integrity and a fervent passion for driving revenue and business expansion.
