Job Description:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in NES Fircroft. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across SEA/APAC. You will drive revenue growth by selling control valves, pipe fittings, flanges, and related industrial solutions to key sectors such as oil & gas, energy, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to penetrate new markets
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in control valves, pipe fittings, flanges, or related industrial products
  • Proven success in a regional sales role covering SEA or APAC markets
  • Strong hunter mentality – a self-starter who excels in new business development
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the region as needed
