As a Regional Sales Leader at CXC, you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in yourdesignated region. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by leveraging yourexceptional sales skills and industry expertise. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their uniquerequirements, and present tailored solutions addressing workforce challenges.
Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in guiding and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target companies, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our MSP, EOR, SOW, andPayrolling services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to seize opportunities and driveinnovation.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuousimprovement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in North Asia.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the workforce solutions or Recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of MSP, EOR, SOW, and Payrolling services and the ability to articulate their value to potentialclients.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmeny.
