The
Relationship Manager
is a sales-focused role responsible for acquiring new members and retaining existing ones. You will identify potential channels and opportunities to expand the member base, ensuring sustained growth and engagement. You'll be accountable for driving membership growth and contributing to the overall success.
As a
Relationship Manager , here's how you'll make an impact:
Develop innovative and execute winning sales strategies, constantly seek new and effective ways to expand the brand's reach.
Cultivate and expand exclusive community by building relationships with C-Suite executives and fostering connections with UHWI.
Lead personalized tours showcasing the unparalleled amenities, bespoke offerings, and exclusive benefits that define the brand.
Leverage the CRM system to meticulously track member data, ensuring accuracy and providing valuable insights into member preferences.
Contribute to the creation and execution of exclusive events designed to showcase the club's allure to potential members.
Regularly report on sales performance, member acquisition rates, and progress towards targets.
We're looking for someone who embodies the following:
A Passion for Luxury:
A genuine enthusiasm for high-end hospitality and curated lifestyle experiences is paramount. While a tertiary education is preferred, your passion and understanding of the luxury market are what truly sets you apart.
Experience in Excellence:
3 to 5 years of proven success in the hospitality industry, private members' clubs, or another high-end service environment. You understand what it takes to deliver an unparalleled experience.
Proactive and Resourceful:
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, you're always looking for new and innovative ways to elevate the member experience and drive growth. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Master Negotiator:
Exceptional negotiation skills are essential as you'll be crafting bespoke membership experiences that exceed expectations and drive sales.
Exceptional People Skills:
You possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with and build lasting relationships with affluent clientele. You're a true people person.
Market Expertise:
A strong understanding of the Singapore and APAC markets is critical. You're culturally aware and possess a deep understanding of the local landscape.
Established Network:
An existing network within the high-net-worth community is a significant advantage, allowing you to quickly connect with potential members.
