Head of Partner Sales

As the Head of Partner Sales, you'll identify and develop key global solution and local partner alliances, driving partner direct and co-sell sales opportunities. Your role will involve recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partner alliances and opportunity pipelines to ensure retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of Adobe client accounts. You'll lead a small team to success, working closely with internal Adobe stakeholders and our external partner ecosystem. Key responsibilities include developing and executing partner Adobe Digital Marketing GTM strategies, meeting and exceeding quota targets, coordinating executive engagements, and partnering profitability through modeling and understanding partner go-to-market strategies. If you have 10+ years of experience in the IT/Martech industry, with a strong understanding of digital marketing product applications, solutions, and operations, we want to hear from you. You'll be immersed in an exceptional work environment, surrounded by colleagues committed to helping each other grow through our unique Check-In approach.
