Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Development: Support the development and management of Pepperstone's partnerships, focusing on cultivating relationships that significantly contribute to revenue growth.
- Global Partnership Management: Work in collaboration with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Regional Sales teams to identify, develop, and enhance global partnerships, establishing them as a vital revenue channel.
- Strategic Direction: Assist the Head of Strategic Partnerships in devising and executing the strategic direction for partnerships, ensuring alignment with Pepperstone's overall business goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct and collect competitor analysis from Regional Sales leaders to identify opportunities and threats, identifying gaps in our or competitors' offerings which may inspire innovation, continuous improvement, and competitive advantage.
- Partner Engagement: Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to contact attempted partner applications to increase conversion, support new partners yet to refer their first client, and work with dormant partners to reactivate their referral program.
- Research and Prospecting: Research and prospect new partners to identify potential high-value opportunities.
- Partner Sales Processes: Develop and maintain partner sales processes and marketing assets.
- Reporting and Communication: Partner Sales reporting and communicate emerging trends, key partnerships, and new opportunities to the wider business.
- Team Leadership: Lead the Global Partners team, ensuring their actions are consistent with the agreed strategy and continuous improvement occurs over time.
- Experience: A true 'hunter' with solid hands-on sales experience in the Forex and CFD industry working with Partners or high-value clients.
- Relationship Building: Experience building relationships in LATAM, Africa, Europe, and Asia is desirable.
- Client Focus: Unwavering ability to focus on clients and expertise in engagement through multiple channels.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple objectives and achieve results in a fast-paced organization.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish new commercial relationships and maintain strong rapport.
- Technical Skills: Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader software (desirable), Salesforce, Microsoft suite, etc.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record achieving sales-specific KPIs, including the ability to 'hunt' global high-value opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record of relationship building.
- Financial Knowledge: A strong knowledge of financial markets and trading strategy (desirable).
