Global Mobility Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in managing our global mobility program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with local vendors to drive seamless delivery of various mobility practices, including onboarding, visa, payroll, income tax, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage the mobility program, partnering with other functions and vendors such as Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Immigration.
- Ensure client satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility and onboarding processes.
- Offer feedback, advice, and share best practices with clients on their relocation process, local immigration process, and other related matters.
- Work closely with the global mobility team to source information and document processes.
- Design and maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
- Collect and update immigration and tax policies for APAC countries and America countries.
- Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-3 years of work experience in HR or B2B services delivery.
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulations in APAC countries and America countries.
- Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
- Strong commercial awareness and hands-on attitude, with problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English; any other language proficiency is a plus.
- Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive short turnaround times.
