At Adobe, we're on a mission to empower our customers to create exceptional digital experiences. As the Head of Partner Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and building strong relationships with our global partners.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for identifying and developing key partnerships that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. This involves recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partner alliances and opportunity pipelines to ensure the retention, growth, and satisfaction of Adobe client accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner Adobe Digital Marketing GTM strategies
- Meet and exceed quota targets
- Coordinate executive "Peer to Peer" engagements with GSi senior executives
- Be the link between Adobe SEA executive leadership & the GSi executive team
- Partner profitability through modeling and understanding your partner's "go to market" (GTM) strategies
- Conduct Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews, measuring partner performance against pre-established business metrics
- Focus on customer value realization via our GSi Partners
What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of experience in IT/Martech industry and strong understanding of Digital Marketing product applications, solutions, and operations
- Experience working with Digital Marketing Strategies, Tools, and Resources
- Understanding of product distribution "routes to market", Channel Strategies, and Programs
- Demonstrated success leading executive relationships with Partners and Customers
