About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and expansion in the APAC region. As our Head of Sales APAC, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing a strategic plan to meet the unique needs of our investors and corporates across the region.
You'll be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, driving deals through the sales cycle, and leading a high-performing sales team. Your expertise in the carbon market, combined with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial efforts in the APAC region, building relationships with target corporations and investor organizations.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in the region.
- Drive deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage.
- Partner with the product team to gather customer insights and inform product strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, building our brand presence and networking with key stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to coordinate pan-regional deals and build partnership relationships.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial roles, with a focus on selling technology platforms and related advisory services to corporate and financial organizations in the APAC region.
- Deep understanding of the carbon market, climate finance, and environmental markets trading.
- Strong network of sustainability professionals and investors in the impact and climate space.
- Experience driving commercial growth in a start-up or scale-up business.
