Channel Partner Sales Executive

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Channel Partner Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts, reporting directly to the Senior Channel Sales Manager. You will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing the Channel ecosystem. The Channel Partner Sales Executive will work closely with our extended teams and partners to pinpoint opportunities, formulate business strategies, and ensure the effective implementation of collaborative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with designated Solution Providers to expand their Autodesk business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. Work alongside the Distribution Sales Manager to create partner enablement and marketing strategies with Solution Providers. Act as a conduit between Solution Providers and Autodesk to promote effective communication. Organize regional sales meetings to inform partners about Autodesk's channel strategy. Cultivate relationships with Solution Provider leadership to promote a shared vision. Lead quarterly business planning sessions, assess quarterly performance, and offer guidance on corrective action plans. Assist partners in setting quotas and objectives for upcoming sales periods. Develop comprehensive sales pipeline coverage. Ensure accurate sales forecasting. Support Solution Providers (resellers) through training in product knowledge, sales techniques, account development, customer success, presentations, seminars/webinars, and marketing strategies. Aid partners in crafting sales and marketing plans tailored to vertical/value products. Implement new product launches within your designated area. Oversee 'Channel Health' and fulfill all compliance requirements of the Partner Program. Collaborate with the broader sales organization (Mid Market Account/Territory Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, License Compliance) to devise business strategies and plans that ensure involvement, enhance efficiency in customer coverage, and secure partner commitment to maximize performance. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new System Integrators and service-oriented partners. The Channel Partner Sales Executive will manage the daily operations of channel partner sales execution. This role is an individual contributor position.Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Territory Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partner Management. Proven track record in establishing communication and engagement with prospects. Experience in developing channel programs. Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to lead outcomes with partners. Familiarity with the enterprise software industry is preferred, particularly in virtualization, cloud, or enterprise software subscription sectors. Experience in building successful sales teams. Proven ability to coach sales professionals in complex sales processes. Ability to balance short-term results with long-term strategic goals. Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization. Proven ability to manage virtual teams across different regions and cultures, fostering collaboration. An inclusive and collaborative mindset. Experience in conducting research to support business decisions and insights. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities effectively.
