Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals within the consumer electronics sector.
  • Oversee and enhance the company's network of regional channel partners and distributors.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential channel partners, such as distributors, resellers, and retailers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create marketing initiatives and promotional activities that boost sales.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business prospects for channel growth.
  • Educate and train channel partners on product advantages and features to improve sales performance.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor behavior to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Engage in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to promote the brand.
  • Travel throughout the region to engage with channel partners and clients.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, ideally within the consumer electronics field.
  • A demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives and managing channel relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the regional consumer electronics landscape and distribution channels.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in building and sustaining relationships with channel partners.
  • Experience in crafting and executing channel sales plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
