Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies for channel distribution to meet revenue goals in the consumer electronics sector.
  • Oversee and enhance the company's network of regional channel partners and distributors.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential channel partners, including wholesalers, retailers, and resellers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing initiatives and promotional activities aimed at boosting sales.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for channel growth.
  • Educate and train channel partners on product advantages and features to improve sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor actions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Engage in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry-related events to promote the brand.
  • Travel within the designated region to engage with channel partners and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, ideally within the consumer electronics field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and managing partner relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the regional consumer electronics landscape and distribution channels.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven capability to foster and maintain partnerships with channel stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategizing and executing channel sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the region.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
