Key Responsibilities

The AWS Territory Growth Specialist will be responsible for working with Partners to set and implement business development plans (aka territory sales plans) and drive opportunity pipeline with strategic technology and consulting partners for SMB accounts, ensuring alignment with AWS strategic direction.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience working with regional and global cloud computing partners. They will also have excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

As an AWS Territory Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for owning Partner sales revenue, trends, opportunity registration, and business reviews to manage progress against business plans and core KPIs.

This role requires a team player who can develop initiatives that drive the creation of opportunities with Partner's field sales organization and accelerate opportunities to a successful business outcome.

We are looking for someone who can understand and exploit the use of internal Amazon systems.
