The Head of Regional Product Marketing will play a key role in driving the success of our business unit by ensuring that our team meets financial KPIs and achieves growth exceeding market benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Market Strategy Focus:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, emphasizing growth and market expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying areas for improvement and potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights for business planning and forecasting

Sales Support Focus:

  • Oversee the commercial training and certification plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion
  • Design and deliver training programs for internal and external customers, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, fostering collaboration and driving business growth
  • Support regional cross-BU activities, contributing to the development of engaging events and trade show experiences
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, enabling informed business decisions

NPI/Portfolio focus:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales forecasts for new products, collaborating closely with sales organizations and stakeholders
  • Leverage market research and analysis to inform product development and pricing strategies
  • Support the product introduction process, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations and systems
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Streamline regional inventory management processes, reducing waste and optimizing resource allocation
