Key Account Sales Specialist Regional Territory

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Regional Customer Service Specialist to manage customer relationships, process orders, and source materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage customer relationships, including responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and providing sales support.
- Process orders and ensure timely shipment delivery.
- SOURCE or propose alternative products to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of regional sales support and supply chain operations experience, preferably from a MNC environment.
- Candidate with hands-on order processing experience for global clients and liaising with overseas vendors will be an added advantage.
