The Sales Territory Developer will play a key role in driving business growth and excellence. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence in the Central region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure effective sales representation and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the cement manufacturing industry, is highly desirable.
