Regional Sales Growth Manager

At SPD Scientific Pte Ltd, we are seeking a driven sales professional for the Regional Product Manager position who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that sales reach or exceed the forecast level. Key Responsibilities include:
- Active regional customer visits to expand product portfolio offering for growth and expansion.
- Contributing as a key team member on the new product evaluation team.
- Developing and driving the marketing and sales growth plan, collaborating with country business managers to achieve sales objectives.
Coordinating with field service and application specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate good communication between customers, Sales, Application, and operations is also a critical aspect of this role.
Furthermore, staying up-to-date with market and product knowledge, policies, and processes is essential to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science or related qualifications, work experience in a SME trading or distributor environment, and 4 years of sales experience in relevant products.
