Position Overview

Cash Management Sales Manager at OCBC Bank is responsible for delivering tailored cash management solutions that enhance operational efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cash management strategies aimed at increasing transaction fees and interest revenue.
  • Engage with Relationship Managers to provide expert product advice, design effective solutions, and secure cash management contracts.
  • Lead the response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to cash management services.
  • Participate in regular pipeline reviews to monitor sales activities, update deal statuses, address challenges, and share successful strategies.
  • Collaborate with business partners on joint sales initiatives, account planning, and sales strategy development.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other business units to create compelling product bundles and campaigns.
  • Conduct training sessions for Relationship Managers and assist in wallet sizing to enhance solution selling capabilities.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Business or a related field with a focus on marketing or sales.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in cash management or related areas.
  • Strong self-motivation and independence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and relationship management is a plus.
