Institutional Business Development Director

As a seasoned Institutional BD Manager/Director at Canopy, you will be responsible for driving business growth and cultivating strategic partnerships with wealth management clients, professionals, and entities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and drive new business growth
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with HNW clients and family offices
- Proactively monitor client/organisation affairs and identify opportunities for growth and development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions and empowering them with the knowledge required to make informed decisions
- Establish strategic partnerships with distribution channels for Canopy's products
- Collaborate with specialists in Product, Data, and Tech to maximise client journey satisfaction
- 7-10 years of experience in wealth management for HNW clients and family offices
- Strong HNW client network and business development experience in Singapore/Hong Kong and beyond
- Self-driven, with the ability to make consistent calls and regular follow-up with clients
- Proficiency in a variety of financial products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior financial executives
- Sales-oriented, results-driven, and skilled in relationship-building and client service
