As a seasoned Institutional BD Manager/Director at Canopy, you will be responsible for driving business growth and cultivating strategic partnerships with wealth management clients, professionals, and entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and drive new business growth
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with HNW clients and family offices
  • Proactively monitor client/organisation affairs and identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions and empowering them with the knowledge required to make informed decisions
  • Establish strategic partnerships with distribution channels for Canopy's products
  • Collaborate with specialists in Product, Data, and Tech to maximise client journey satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in wealth management for HNW clients and family offices
  • Strong HNW client network and business development experience in Singapore/Hong Kong and beyond
  • Self-driven, with the ability to make consistent calls and regular follow-up with clients
  • Proficiency in a variety of financial products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior financial executives
  • Sales-oriented, results-driven, and skilled in relationship-building and client service
