Institutional Business Development Director

Position Overview
Apollo Global Management, Inc. seeks a seasoned professional to lead the strategic account function for our Asia institutional business.
This role will collaborate closely with the Head of APAC Institutional Client Group to manage day-to-day strategic account relationships and develop operating rhythms and routines.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate senior stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of ICG Asia in covering strategic accounts across the region.
- Project manage day-to-day activity with key strategic accounts in partnership with regional sales teams.
- Develop and maintain trackers for regional top LPs, credit LPs, and co-investment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-12 years of prior fund raising and/or investment experience in traditional or alternative asset management.
- Sound understanding of alternatives, particularly private credit and equity.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues, partners, and clients.
