Faculty HR Policy Manager

Nanyang Technology University (NTU) is seeking an experienced Faculty HR Policy Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, this role plays a critical part in shaping and managing human resources policies for faculty members within the university community.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Review, Development and Implementation:
- Lead the development, review, and continuous improvement of HR policies to ensure they support the attraction and development of top talents.
- Consult key stakeholders and departments for input to address concerns and propose robust processes.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to review effectiveness, highlight key areas, and propose strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with the HR community to manage changes to policies and communicate updates.
- Consultation and Support:
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on HR policies affecting faculty to university leadership, deans, department heads, and HR community.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall faculty experience, retention, and development.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep faculty informed about policy updates and best practices.
- Assist in resolving complex policy-related issues or disputes.
