The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in supporting the Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management process within the University.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Faculty HR matters which includes administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management- Provide HR advisory support on process and procedure- Provide secretariat support to the school’s level Faculty HR committees- May be involved in supporting University level meetings- Participate in projects/process reviews
**Requirements**:
- Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related Diploma or Degree- Strong writing skills is essential- Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills- Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-setHiring Institution: NTU
