Institutional Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional investors, including hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices, onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the cryptocurrency market, close deals and achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building, develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, stay up-to-date on global market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes within the cryptocurrency industry, provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients, drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams for successful client onboarding, and develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's market share. To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of proven success in a business development or sales role within the financial services industry, with a strong preference for experience within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry, prior experience with loan / call option models is highly preferred, strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including trading strategies, regulations, and risk management practices, demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic, and fluency in English is essential.
