Responsibilities

  • Promote Haitong International's Research, IPOs, Corporate access, and Prime brokerage services to institutional investors with coverage in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia
  • Monetize these services to increase Haitong International's market share
  • Develop and expand the institutional client base
  • Service existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient execution of services

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in institutional equity sales
  • Buyside experience with in-depth knowledge of A-shares, H-shares, or the China/Hong Kong markets are welcome to apply
  • Good track record and recognition from institutional investors and hedge funds
  • Solid investment and financial market knowledge, both locally and internationally
  • Business proficiency of written and spoken English and Mandarin, including Putonghua (in order handle queries from Putonghua and Mandarin speaking associates)
