Roles & Responsibilities

Job duties / responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen business cooperation with existing and potential institutional investors with coverage in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia
  • Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to introduce the company's services
  • Collaborate with research analysts, investment bank and private wealth management department to enhance client satisfaction and deliver value-added services
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and events between institutional investors and corporate executives
  • Liaise with publicly traded companies to facilitate one-on-one meetings, group events and other forms of corporate access for clients
  • Maintain a strong network of corporate contacts and investor relations professionals
  • Monitor and anticipate market trends and investor preferences to enhance the effectiveness of corporate access activities
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote corporate access services to clients

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business, finance or related discipline
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (require to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in institutional equity sales
  • Buyside experience with in-depth knowledge of A-shares, H-shares, or the China/Hong Kong markets are welcome to apply
  • Solid investment and financial market knowledge; both locally and internationally
