**Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the role is to cover China’s onshore Equities and Fixed Income securities and drive revenue from institutional investors in Singapore.
- Source new institutional clients for trading Equities and Fixed Income securities through the Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) qualification, Bond Connect (Northbound) and China Interbank Bond Market (CIBM) Direct
- Maintain and develop business relationship with institutional clients in Singapore
- Produce and execute marketing and sales plan targeting the growth of institutional clients base
- Pitching trading ideas across Equities and Fixed Income securities
- Organize and participate in roadshows, corporate meetings and other investor events in Singapore

**Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in Business and Finance;
- At least 5 years of institutional clients sales experience
- Thorough understanding of China’s onshore products and market microstructure
- Excellent client management skills and an ability to execute from sales pitching to client onboarding
- Team player, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must) due to significant job requirement to communicate with counterparties/clients in China and Headquarter
