**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential institutional client leads.
- Understand client needs and effectively pitch relevant products and services.
- Represent the company at conferences, engaging with institutional players to enhance awareness of our offerings.
- Participate in community outreach activities and attend crypto-related gatherings to expand our institutional presence.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Propose new offerings tailored to institutional clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with institutional clients, gather feedback, and recommend product enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or Web3 within an exchange, custodian, or prime broker environment.
- Established network or book of clients in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners, including examples of acquiring institutional clients and driving business results.
- Excellent command of professional written and oral English; writing and presentation samples are encouraged.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
