Singapore UOB KAY HIAN PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

The primary responsibility of the role is to cover Hong Kong & China Equities (HK Connect A-shares ) and drive revenue from institutional investors in the region ( Asean + Greater China).
- Source new institutional clients with primary focus on Hong Kong & China markets
- Maintain and develop business relationship with institutional clients in the region
- To provide daily sales notes and pitching investment ideas to clients
- Produce and execute marketing and sales plan targeting the growth of institutional clients base
- Organize and participate in roadshows, corporate meetings and other investor events in the region by working along with various department within the firm
- Distribute and promote UOB Kay Hian Research Products

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in related field (Economics, Finance or Accounting); MBA or CFA is preferred
- At least 10 -12 years’ experience in servicing institutional clients with the ability in bringing in proven established clients relationship
- Thorough understanding and familiarity with market microstructure of China A shares and Stock Connect scheme
- Successful track record in the distribution of primary and secondary issues in the Singapore and regional Capital Markets.
- All relevant MAS & SGX licenses
- Ability to interact and communicate financial information with institutional investors, senior corporate figures and other relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and preferably one Asean language
- Must possess outstanding relationship management skills and experience, along with a high standard of public speaking & presentation experience
- Ability to focus and prioritize the key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships with strong ability to execute from sales pitching to client on-boarding
- Frequent travelling to Hong Kong & China will be required
