Technical Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Leader to join our team at StarHub. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive revenue growth through technical sales expertise. You will work closely with our account team and customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Pipeline Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative approach.
- Deal Closure: Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Degree in IT or related field: A degree in IT or a related field is required.
- 8+ years' sales experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and wireless technologies, as well as NFV, SD-WAN, SDN, and Cloud Computing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
