Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engineering plans, designs, and estimates to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global engineering leaders to drive strategic initiatives and improve engineering efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality, technical, and financial requirements are met.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in engineering, including HVAC solution development and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and disciplines.

How You Will Succeed:

  • Work closely with project managers to develop and implement engineering delivery plans.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with JCI sales teams, customers, and architects to deliver accurate design goals.
  • Drive business growth through cost-efficient services, targeted revenue growth, and margin improvement.
