Technical Service Leader

Job Summary
ADEMCO (FAR EAST) PTE LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Service Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing service and maintenance workflows, liaising with clients, and mentoring a team of service team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute service and maintenance workflows to ensure optimal results.
- Liaise closely with client representatives on service/maintenance related issues.
- Mentor a team of service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
- Provide support to the supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems is a must.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-motivated individual able to work under minimum supervision.
