Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Strategic APAC Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at Screening Eagle Technologies. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth in the Asia-Pacific region.About the Job
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality results. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to work closely with our product marketing team to define budget and priorities for generating and qualifying sales leads.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the APAC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on product KPIs, using data insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success as a sales leader, particularly in a hunter role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving results.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a hunger for success and a willingness to take initiative.
