APAC Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced APAC Enterprise Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in the region. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will be responsible for identifying and closing landmark deals with enterprise clients across various industry verticals.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities- Drive and own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from identifying targeted accounts to closing business opportunities across a range of industry sectors in APAC.
- Prospect and identify leads, leveraging personal networks and partnering closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Inside Sales.
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest through attending industry events, leveraging personal networks, and partnering closely with Marketing.
- Work closely with customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of deals, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
- A proven track record of selling software or AI technology at C-level.
- Solid experience in a quota-carrying software or technology closing sales role - with some experience of managing mid-market deals.
- Succeeded in a fast-paced and competitive market having had ownership of managing and executing the end-to-end sales process.
- Experience managing complex sales, with the ability to navigate across large, enterprise organizations.
- Experience in carrying a quota and consistently hitting sales targets.
- A disciplined, methodical, and process-driven sales approach – skilled in managing time and resources; have a sound approach to qualifying opportunities coupled with strong business acumen.
- A strong desire to be successful, you'll be a goal-oriented team player.
- The adaptability required to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- An active interest in the importance and value of identity.
- Proficiency with web presentation tools.
- Experience in the identity or security industry.
- MEDDIC/MEDDPICC/Force Management trained.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Experience within financial services, crypto, travel, gaming, and gambling verticals and industries would be advantageous.
- Experience in selling in APAC markets.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 per annum, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
