- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a minimum 10 years' experience.
- Closing 7-digit ACV deals consistently.
- Experience in account management and deep knowledge of customers' businesses and priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa.
