Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will drive the Regional Talent Solutions team's sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets. As a seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or account management, you will leverage your expertise to build and execute strategies that propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven commercial frameworks to enhance pricing power and strengthen sales capabilities.
  • Establish structured processes for pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales organizations, managing Key Account Directors directly and SME sales teams in collaboration with geographical leaders.
  • Drive growth by identifying, prioritizing, and closing sales opportunities.
About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of SGD80,000 - SGD120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values personal and professional growth, with opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading enterprise B2B sales or account management teams.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding high individual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to success, driving both individual and team performance.
