Overview

MICROSOFT REGIONAL SALES PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving business growth and expansion. This role requires a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, MICROSOFT REGIONAL SALES PTE. LTD. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

About the Job

As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing sales teams, setting performance goals and metrics, and providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • 5+ years of scaled leadership experience, such as managing a sales team of 10+ sales professionals, sales pipeline management experience, and P&L accountability
