Sales Career Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our growing team in Thailand. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones, leveraging your expertise in IT systems, enterprise infrastructure management, and security.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, delivering value-driven presentations that articulate complex concepts simply.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprises, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Advisory, Product, and Marketing, to promote deal size expansion and customer value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting through CRM systems, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of direct New Business Account Management experience selling into Enterprise/Channel Partners in Thailand is required.
  • Proven track record of closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals, with a demonstrated ability to grow and scale upward with the company.
  • Relevant software validated experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, and security.
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Native Thai-speaking ability is essential for handling our Thai clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) is a plus.
