Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive revenue growth for our SEA Issuing Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success in the payments industry and excellent relationships with senior stakeholders in large corporates.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for driving GTV, revenue, and market penetration through merchants, partnerships, and channels (BFSI, Corporates, Platforms, etc.). You will also develop and execute an issuing strategy for penetrating opportunities by cross-selling all Pine labs issuing enablers' existing and newly acquired clients.
You will work closely with program management teams for timely implementation, escalation management, and issue resolution to ensure a great customer experience. Additionally, you will build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive issuing strategy to penetrate new markets
- Work closely with program management teams to deliver business objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 12-16 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the payments industry
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems and experience in enterprise sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
