We are seeking an exceptional SVP, APAC to drive our revenue growth across the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with enterprise clients, expand our market presence, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the APAC region, aligning with global business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, drive market penetration, and expand our presence in key APAC markets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of software solutions.
  • Performance Management: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Attract, retain, and develop top sales talent in the region.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: 15+ years of software sales experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Revenue Growth: A proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in the APAC region.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the cultural, regulatory, and economic nuances of key APAC markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-country sales teams and operations.
