The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, depending on location and experience. This role also offers bonus eligibility and company stock options.

Job Description

Leadership Role:

We seek an experienced sales and marketing leader to oversee our operations in APAC, providing strategic guidance to our regional team and distributor partners.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations in APAC.
  • Work closely with the Indirect Markets Director to define the strategic direction for expanding Exact Sciences' presence in Asia Pacific.
  • Leverage market intelligence to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or diagnostic industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing distributors and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies.
  • Ability to travel extensively (50%+) within the APAC region.
