Strategic Sales Leader, Regional Growth

MICROSOFT REGIONAL SALES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead our regional sales team and drive growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market and be able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through existing and new customer relationships.
- Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that impact our business.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership or account management in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
MICROSOFT REGIONAL SALES PTE. LTD. offers a competitive salary package, including:
- SGD $180,000 - SGD $250,000 per annum (base salary).
- Bonus and commission structure based on performance.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
